With similar features of the larger CM80 series machine. The NEXT TWO spray solution is the perfect fit for medium level production lines and higher quality application from “entry level” machines. Highlights
Pressurized spray cabin with intake and exhaust fans controlled via VFD. Spray cabin is pressurized via top and side curtain walls.
Newly design filter bins where the filter surface is recessed blow the spraying table keeps the spraying zone clear of debris. Removable exhaust bins make changing filters easy and ergonomic.
Paper transport system with vacuum. Easy start up, clean up. Approx. 3000 lineal meter with single roll.
High precision part reading bar (2D). 128 photodiodes reading bar. Automatic control for activation of spray guns.
